INTRODUCING I AM
I AM is a new, grassroots digital zine that unites both world-renowned and emerging creatives to provide a space for celebration, healing, and education through art in the movement for Black lives. The zine is especially focused on highlighting the work of Black creatives and serving as an accessible tool those striving to be allies can use to educate themselves on anti-racist topics.
Following the complete launch of I AM’s inaugural issue, “I AM AN ALLY IN PROGRESS,” site proceeds will be directed to creatives involved in its making and to support ARF’s current portfolio. Check out the project featuring work by Michael Ray Charles, Mark Clennon, Neema, Gherdai Hassell, April Bey, Eric Hart, Orenda Ayashe, Dave McClinton, Aarianna Barnes, and Stacy St. Hilaire at iamzine.com.
